Cabbage Fritters

Ingredients:

4 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 tbsp cooking oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Place the shredded cabbage in a large bowl. Add the chopped onion and mix well.
  2. Add the eggs, flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix until everything is well combined and the mixture holds together.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the cabbage mixture into the hot skillet and gently flatten it into a fritter.
  5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Transfer the fritters to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve hot with sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.
